I picked Kelly out of the three realators that I interviewd - and I never had one regret. In fact, she far exeeded my expectations and made it the most easy and pleasurable of my three previous realty experiences. She came to the table with the most detailed portfolio of comps. in the area, history of sales and ,after a quick walk through, was able to give me an estimated asking price for the house. She was very enthusiastic, energetic, responsive and truely genuine about caring for MY best interest. She and her wonderful team, Jon -her co-ordinator/assistant and Ashley - her stager, made the process go quickly and smoothly - always had a quick fix for any issues that came up, providing the professionals needed. My house was only on the market 8 days, and I got over asking price!!!! I HIGHLY recommend her - You won't be disappointed.
